  The Trend Professional range feature specially developed micro-granular tungsten carbide tips from the world’s leading carbide manufacturer.

  Cutting a v-groove in the back face of an aluminium composite material leaves a 3mm flat profile and allows the panel to be easily folded or bent without deformation.

  The v-groove cutter creates a 45° bevel either side of the cutter point, creating a 90° angle when the panel is folded.

  Can be used in a hand held router or CNC machine.

  Continuous laboratory testing of tools during the production process ensures all Trend Professional Router Cutter tooling meets the safety standards set by EN847.

  Recommended operating speed: 12,000 – 15,000 rpm and feed speed of 400 – 600 mm/min.
