A cable hoist connects the 2-layer construction above the head, with a stabilizer on the forehead and back of the head. The IsoFit ® headgear is easily adjusted within few seconds and individually adapts to most head shapes and size, from S to XL.   To ensure compatibility, choose the green knob if you have an Optrel Welding helmet or grinding visor with green adjustment knobs. Choose the black knob if you have an Optrel welding helmet or grinding visor with black adjustment knobs.

  Features:

  With a simple a turn of the micro-adjustable rotary wheel, the inner layer and stabilizers will adjust perfectly to the head of the user.

  A quick release system unfastens the headgear in milliseconds.

  The outer layer of the IsoFit stays absolutely stable and provides the wear with the perfect positioning of the helmet & visor, even in the most extreme working positions.

  The wide surface area of inner comfort pads on the Optrel IsoFit® headgear not only helps to improve wearer comfort, it also provides perfect weight distribution and eliminates pinch points.

  The wide comfort pads are made from soft tricot textile which can easily be removed for cleaning or replacement with a new one.

  The complete IsoFit ® headgear can also be removed in just a few seconds and cleaned with a little soap and lukewarm water then quickly reinserted again.

  The Optrel IsoFit ® headgear is compatible with all of the Optrel welding helmets and grinding visors range.

  The IsoFit ®cannot be used in conjunction with the Optrel Parking Buddy.
