  Optrel set the world record for a non-reactive brightness level and have surpassed this once more with the Crystal 2.0. Light transmission in the inactive state is now 31%, representing the closest thing to normal surroundings from an auto darkening filter.

  Crystal lens technology allows the welder to see how the weld pool melts and watch the weld seam being created. The position of the welding torch is instantly recognisable, clearly identifying where the weld needs to start and finish – ideal for intricate welding operations.

  Heat-reflecting silver paint helps to reduce the temperature inside the helmet. Coupled with the Optrel E3000X PAPR system, the operator can work comfortably – even in warm working environments.

  Sensor slide: Set the sensor detection angle individually to your requirements.

  A patented eccentric adjustment feature allows the operator to increase or decrease the gap between the face and the mask with just one twist, maximising comfort and eliminating glare.

  Twilight ADF technology allows the eyes a smoother transition back to normal light conditions. This exclusive technology reduces eye fatigue and discomfort, most noticeably in continuous welding applications.

  Sensitivity Function prevents the ADF lens from being prematurely activated in certain lighting environments or if a number of welders are working in close proximity.

  Comfort headband distributes weight evenly to reduce back and neck strain.
