Is there a big difference between M18 and M18 fuel?
The simple answer is yes! Most M18 tools use traditional brushed motors. These are reliable and have been around for a while. While M18 Fuel uses brushless motors, which provide more power for tougher jobs. Brushless motors have less friction and wear, making them last longer.
Are Milwaukee fuel tools made in China?
While some of the Milwaukee range is made in China, they have various locations around the world where production takes place, including Europe, the USA, Mexico, and Vietnam. Milwaukee’s hand tool range is primarily produced in the USA.
Can I use a M18 fuel battery on a M18 tool?
Using a Milwaukee FUEL battery on a standard M18 tool is generally safe and will likely provide increased runtime. However, you might not see the full power potential of the FUEL battery unless it’s paired with a FUEL tool.
