The CC20ME 20 features a flexible 10mm wide steel tape that is protected by an extra layer of matt polyester lacquer. This prevents corrosion from moisture and many solvents whilst the matt finish reduces glare to make reading the scale easy.

A 3:1 gear mechanism makes tape retraction fast and controlled.

Lanyard hole allows easy tethering when working at heights.

Highlighted with a red dot in the diagram above, the tape start makes solo measurement applications easier with the measuring scale beginning where the hook attaches to the tape.
