  C handle – The handle has an over mould and swivel at no extra cost! which offers the welder greater comfort in all positions.

  Heavy Duty Strain Relief – The torch has a heavy-duty strain relief, helping to ensure easier trouble-free wire feeding, it also helps to protect the power cable from bending and kinking at the euro connection.

  Quik Torch Neck – The necks are aluminium armoured and are designed to withstand the day to day environments.

  Quik Contact Tips – Designed with a threaded taper lock, giving a large contact area between the contact tip and gas diffuser. No tools are required, just a quick twist is all it takes to the install & remove the Bernard Quik Tip contact tips!  Quik Tip Consumables are designed to reduce downtime during the welding process, increase productivity and reduce operation costs.

  Quik Gas Diffusers – Designed with a positive stop which secures the contact tips in a fixed position for consistent quality welds.

  Quik Thread System –  Quik shrouds are available in two orifice sizes 19mm (3/4”) and 16mm (5/8”) for optimal shielding gas coverage. The shrouds also have the Quik thread system, facilitating faster shroud change and increased service life.

  Quik Load Liners – Innovative ‘Quick Load’ eliminate the need to remove the MIG welding torch from the wire feed unit.

  Built into the heavy-duty power cables are four switch leads, should the two being used get damaged, then the other two can be utilized.
