Two part epoxies, single component hybrid polymers and polyurethanes form a range of adhesives that were previously only adopted by the automotive, aerospace and marine industries. Much of this technology has now trickled into the construction and engineering sector. Bonding challenges are often caused by the introduction of new materials and designs that prevent mechanical fasteners being used. There are also occasions where using an adhesive is simply faster than a mechaincal fixing and can offer other benefits such as a hidden joint and the elimination of stress cracking.

We also have an extensive range of Sumogrip hybrid polymer adhesives which have high grab, high strength and superfast curing characteristics. Supporting our ecological initiative, Sumogrip is now available in a 400ml foil pack which contains no plastic and generates 95% less waste than a traditional sealant cartridge. Our range of waterbased adhesives includes water resistant D3 and waterproof D4 PVA .
