Milwaukee BOLT Hard Hat Customisation
The Milwaukee BOLT 100 and BOLT 200 hard hats, or safety helmets, can be customised with company logos for ultimate corporate branding. The logo can be printed directly onto the safety helmet in up to four printing zones… front, back, left, or right.
Up to four colours can be printed on a white safety helmet or up to three on a coloured hard hat. Minimum order quantities start at just 25 for the Milwaukee BOLT 100 safety helmet, in increments of 5 thereafter, and 24 for the Milwaukee BOLT 200 safety helmet, in increments of 8 thereafter.
How much does Milwaukee BOLT logo customisation cost?
Milwaukee offers several different permutations and options for hard hat customisation, which depends on the number of colours featured in your logo, and the number of logos you have on the Milwaukee BOLT safety helmet – front, back, left and/or right… and if the logos are different or the same!
The table below shows the cost of print per logo, depending on the number of colours, plus the one-off vectorisation and set-up costs, based on the number of logos on each hard hat.
Based on popularity, and what customers have predominantly chosen when it comes to the customisation of their hard hats, a single logo at the front of the safety helmet has been by far the most common choice – see option 1 in the examples below, where we’ve used the Protrade logo. There is a one-off vectorisation and set-up cost to program the printing machine, but any future orders do not carry this initial charge, assuming the logo design and position remains unchanged going forward. The cost of customisation would obviously apply on top of the cost of the actual BOLT 100 or BOLT 200 hard hats. The examples below would be just two colours on a black helmet – green and white, as the black would be the background colour of the hard hat. There are also options for single colour or 3 and 4 colours, where specific pantones or RAL’s can be printed. It can get slightly complicated if you increase the number of logos you print on the Milwaukee BOLT safety helmet – zones are front, back, left and/or right… or if the logos you wish to print differ! In the examples below, we’ve put ticks in the tables to show applicable costs per option shown, to hopefully make it easier to understand.
Option 1 – A single logo on the front of the safety helmet.
Referring to the table above, the cost of 2 colour printing for a single logo would be just £2.50 per safety helmet.
Initial vectorisation cost for a single logo would be £20.00 and the set-up cost for a single logo would be £50.00… so for option 1, the one-off set-up cost would be £70.00 in total.
Option 2: The same logo on the front and the back of the safety helmet.
Referring to the table above, the cost of 2 colours printing would be £2.50 per logo – therefore £5.00 in total per helmet as there are two logos featured.
As the logos are identical, initial vectorisation cost would be £20.00 and the set-up cost for two logo positions would be £100.00… so for option 2, the one-off set-up cost would be £120.00 in total.
Option 3: The same logo on the front and the back, and a different logo on each side of the safety helmet.
Referring to the table above, the cost of 2 colours printing would be £2.50 per logo – therefore £10.00 in total per helmet as there are four logos featured… bear in mind there would be a logo on both the left side and right side – plus front and back.
As there are two different logos, initial vectorisation cost would be £40.00 and the set-up cost for four logo positions would be £175.00… so for option 3, the one-off set-up cost would be £215.00 in total.
Obviously, the more logos printed – the higher the total print cost per helmet – and it can get quite prohibitive, which is why the single logo at the front of the helmet has been the most popular choice for logo customisation branding of hard hat safety helmets.
