- How do I receive my free Metabo Redemption gift?
Once you have purchased any Metabo 18V Cordless Saw from Protrade, head over to metabo.com/serviceportal or the app and enter the promotion code “KGS100” and upload your invoice.
If you have spent over £299 incl. vat on Metabo 18V Cordless Tools, fill out the form at INC LINK, attach your invoice and then select the gift you wish to receive.
- How long do I have to register my tools to redeem the free gift?
Redemption claims must be received within 28 days of invoice. Only one redemption per transaction. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- How long do I have to take part?
This promotion will be running until the 31st of January 2025. You must buy and register the selected tools before this date to redeem your free tool.
- Will I receive free delivery?
Delivery of any promotional product offered free of charge as part of this offer is only applicable for delivery within the UK/ROI.
Applications for redemption products to be delivered outside of the UK/ROI cannot be accepted as part of this offer.
- What do I do if I need to return my Metabo Redemption tools?
Metabo must be notified if any qualifying goods purchased to obtain the spend threshold are canceled or returned within 30 days of delivery, the free gift must be returned to Metabo UK LTD.
- What happens after I have registered my product with Metabo?
A confirmation e-mail will be sent immediately after successful registration for participation in the promotion. Metabo will check whether the conditions of the promotion have been met and usually sends the free gift within a few days, but please allow up to 28 days.
