Paslode
Paslode nail guns and accessories are designed for making fast and permanent connections into wood and wood based materials using nails and staples. Founded in 1935, the acronym PASLODE stands for Packing Shipping Loading Devices, due to the tools original design purpose of making wooden crates for shipping and distribution.
In 1986 Paslode transformed the construction industry with the introduction of their first gas actuated nail gun. Using a combination of gas from a small fuel cell and the spark from a battery, the Paslode nail gun produced incredible nail driving power, using the same technology as an internal combustion engine found in a car. Having developed this reliable impulse technology Paslode sought to expand its range of tools to include staple guns, 1st fix framing nailers, straight brad nailers, angled brad nailers and positive placement nail guns specifically designed for fixing joist hangers.
