Belle
Belle group is a well established manufacturer of light construction equipment and machinery. As is so often the case, the company was founded based on a single product – invented because it was not already catered for. When founder Doug Blackhurst was building his new house, there was no such thing as a portable cement mixer and it was this need which led to its creation – the Belle mini Mixer. In the 1950’s, tool and plant hire shops were rapidly being opened to support a growing construction market and the Belle Mini Mixer proved to be very popular with these rental companies and tool sellers.
Building on the success of the mixer, other construction equipment was added to the range under the compacting, concreting, cutting, breaking and moving categories.
