Although restrictions have been lifted, we would like to ensure that the safety of both our customers and colleagues remain our top priority.

 

Although government rules have changed, with face coverings no longer mandatory, we recommend wearing a safety mask or face covering whilst visiting Protrade Depots. Single masks are available for purchase where required. For peace of mind, all members of the Protrade team will continue to wear safety masks or face shields until further notice.

We also encourage the operating of safe social distancing in depots, and regular cleaning and sanitation measures are taking place. Hand sanitiser will also stay in place, so please feel free to use it during your visit.

We have boosted our stock-holding by over £1 million to alleviate border delays caused by Brexit. Although things have improved dramatically over the last few months, a handful of brands are still experiencing delays. For urgent requirements, we advise ‘Check the stock’ – which can be viewed online. Items that usually take 3 – 5 days for delivery, may take a little longer. We are liaising closely with suppliers to minimise delays where possible.
