Milwaukee M12 FHAC16 12V Fuel Compact 16mm SDS Rotary Hammer Drill

The new M12 FHAC16 12V Fuel SDS Rotary Hammer Drill is an upgrade to the original compact M12 CH, with an increased maximum drilling capacity in concrete – going from 13mm to 16mm. Let’s face it… 16mm capacity should be more than enough for most drilling and fixing applications, which is where this new hammer drill comes into its own. Compatible with any Milwaukee M12 battery, the new one-handed unit drills over 30% faster than its predecessor and also features an additional mode… hammer drilling, plain rotary drilling as well as chisel only – for light material removal. Additionally, the new M12FHAC16 Fuel SDS Rotary Hammer Drill is equipped with the AVS Anti-Vibration System, minimising vibration and maximising comfort in use.

Milwaukee M12 FROS 12V Fuel Compact 150mm Random Orbital Sanders

The new M12 FROS 12V Fuel Random Orbital Sanders feature a 150mm diameter backing pad and are available in two orbit options: M12FROS2.5 2.5mm orbit for fine finishing or M12FROS5 5.0mm orbit for effective stock removal. The ergonomic one-handed palm grip sanders have the feel and weight of traditional air sanders with a variable speed paddle trigger on the top, operating from 3,200rpm up to 12,000rpm. Supplied with a universal 150mm hook and loop – or Velcro – sanding pad, the new M12FROS Fuel Random Orbital Sanders can be used with a wide range of 6-hole and 15-hole abrasive sanding discs as well as mesh and net abrasives.

Milwaukee M12 BLPRS 12V Brushless Compact Pruning Shears

The M12 BLPRS is a 12V Compact Pruning Shear that is compatible with the whole range of Milwaukee M12 Redlithium battery packs. The SK5 steel blades are capable of cutting branches up to 32mm in diameter, with zero manual effort. There is a clever mode to lock the blades into half capacity of 16mm, for increased cutting speed – perfect for smaller diameter pruning applications. The Milwaukee M12BLPRS Pruning Shear can perform up to 1000 cuts of 12.5mm branches on a single 12V 2.0Ah battery charge. Weighing just 1.5kg with a 2.0Ah battery inserted, a handy wrist strap and attachment point ensures easy and convenient handling of the tool.

Milwaukee M18 FROS125 18V Fuel 125mm Random Orbital Sander

The new M18 FROS125 Fuel 125mm Random Orbital Sander is an upgrade on the original M18 BOS125 – now part of the higher performing and more reliable Fuel lineup. Equipped with a Fuel high performance brushless motor, the new model delivers 6,000 to 12,000 sanding strokes per minute, with a 2.5mm orbit diameter and the ability to choose from five sanding speeds for the optimum sanding performance. The improved ergonomics and grip enhance user comfort – perfect for prolonged sanding periods. Vaclink technology allows the tool to turn compatible Milwaukee dust extractors on and off via Bluetooth – collecting up to 95% of the dust. Supplied with a universal 125mm hook and loop – or Velcro – sanding pad, the M18FROS125 Fuel 125mm Random Orbital Sander can be used with a wide range of 8-hole abrasive sanding discs as well as mesh and net abrasives.

Milwaukee M18 FCS66GR3 18V Fuel 190mm Circular Saw

What new Milwaukee Tools launch in 2025

The next generation of Milwaukee cordless Fuel circular saws takes performance to the next level. The M18 FCS66GR3 has a 190mm diameter sawblade and has an impressive maximum cutting depth of 68mm at 90° and 53mm at 45°. Replacing the previous models M18 FCS66 and M18 FCSG66, the new third generation 18V circular saw is more compact in size, weighs less – yet it offers faster and smoother cutting performance. The new saw can be used on its own freehand, or in conjunction with the Milwaukee guide rail track system for straight and splinter-free cutting in wood and board materials. Slide a Milwaukee 18V Forge 12.0Ah battery on to the new M18FCS66GR3 and you’ll get up to an impressive 750 cuts per battery charge in 90mm x 45mm timber stud.

Milwaukee M18 FHSAGO180VXPDB2 18V Fuel 180mm Angle Grinder

What new Milwaukee Tools launch in 2025

Following popular demand, Milwaukee have added a 180mm or 7” angle grinder to their cordless lineup, which delivers corded performance. The M18 FHSAGO180VXPDB2 has excellent power to weight ratio, weighing just 2.6kg or 3.6kg with an 8.0Ah Forge battery pack. Compared to the Milwaukee cordless 230mm grinder, which is 3.6kg with no battery, the 180mm model is nearly 30% lighter, much more compact and easier to control. For optimum performance in every application, a 4-mode push button ensures perfect rotation speed for working with steel, stainless steel, aluminium, weld seams or rust and paint removal. The non-lockable paddle or Deadman switch, and anti-vibration side handle maximises safety. Equipped with One-Key, the M18FHSAGO180VXPDB2 has the ability for tool tracking and geofencing, where the tool locks-out if it’s removed from the site or workshop environment.

Milwaukee M18 F2BCU 18V Fuel Dual Battery Brushcutter & Line Trimmer

What new Milwaukee Tools launch in 2025

The Milwaukee range of outdoor power equipment OPE is growing rapidly, with the latest addition being a double handle cow horn two-in-one brushcutter and line trimmer. The M18 F2BCU is dual battery for extended run times – compatible with any of the Milwaukee M18 18V Redlithium batteries. The unit is supplied with a bump feed line trimmer spool head for grass trimming as well as a brushcutter blade for thick brush and saplings. The double shoulder harness maximises comfort in use, whilst minimising fatigue. Compared with petrol equivalents, the battery-operated outdoor power equipment reaches full power in under a second, has zero emissions, low noise and lower vibration – without compromising performance.

What new Milwaukee Tools launch in 2025

Another addition to the Milwaukee 18V range of outdoor power equipment is the dual battery M18 F2CHS50 high performance chainsaw. Featuring a 50cm long chain bar, the new battery-operated chainsaw outperforms 60cc petrol chainsaws in speed of cut. Peak torque levels of 9.5Nm maintains the chain speed through the toughest applications – perfect for any tree felling or bucking tasks. Compatible with any of the Milwaukee M18 18V Redlithium batteries, two power settings gives the user the option to decide between the highest power or extended runtimes. Like the other battery-operated outdoor power equipment, the Milwaukee M18F2CHS50 has significant environmental and safety benefits, without compromising performance.

Milwaukee M18 FOPH2 18V Fuel Outdoor Power Head

What new Milwaukee Tools launch in 2025

The Milwaukee M18 FOPH2 is the second-generation outdoor power head, for use with the Milwaukee split-shaft Quik-Lok attachments. The Quik-Lok system delivers the capability to swap between multiple attachments including line trimmer, brushcutter, hedge trimmer, blower, cultivator to name just a few. Compared to the first-generation power head, this new unit has 30% more power for improved performance with any attachment. Three speed settings enhance flexibility and enables the user to select the ideal speed for the task in hand.  An adjustable auxiliary handle, strap and carrying ring allows the tool to be set up for optimum user comfort and maximum control.

Milwaukee M18 AFG2 18V Air Fan

This new addition to the Milwaukee 18V platform will become very useful when summer comes… the next generation M18 AFG2 Air Fan. Like the original model, this new cooling fan is powered by any Milwaukee M18 Redlithium battery pack as well as conventional 240V mains. The three-speed settings have been replaced by a variable speed dial that allows the user to select the perfect air flow. The adjustable head allows the direction of air to be fixed in various heights and positions over a range of 300°. The base features key holes to wall mount as well as Packout compatibility so it can be mounted to the top of any Packout case, box or mounting plate. The M18AFG2 Air Fan is a very cool addition to the range!

Milwaukee 4932498323 Packout Tip Bin Organiser

There has been a lot of interest in the new Milwaukee 4932498323 Packout Tip Bin Organiser. Part of the Milwaukee Packout storage system and perfect for smaller components, fixings and fastenings – this organiser features eight small and two large transparent bins for clear visibility of the components stored inside. The bins can simply be tipped for easy access or taken out completely. The organiser has a carry handle for transporting from job to job and can be hung on a Packout mounting plate or stacked on top of other Packout boxes or cases.

The Milwaukee Packout soft-sided tool storage range is also expanding with the launch of the Milwaukee 4932498633 Packout Structured Backpack. Manufactured from extremely heavy duty and durable 1680D and 1800D ballistic material, this new backpack has an incredible weight capacity of nearly 23 kilograms. 42 pockets ensure efficient tool organisation and the moulded Packout base protects against humidity and debris, as well as enabling the backpack to be firmly stacked on top of other Packout boxes or cases. The Milwaukee 4932498657 Canvas Utility Bucket is a useful addition to the Milwaukee tool storage range. Constructed of reinforced canvas material, the utility bucket is a robust and versatile tool storage solution, with an impressive weight capacity of 34 kilograms. The utility bucket features an impact-resistant moulded base, with weep holes to let water out. A swivelling metal carabiner, with a large gate opening, allows the user to clip the utility bucket into place wherever they are working. Two internal pockets allow for additional storage of smaller items.
